Dr. Bruce Larson received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago in 1979. He then performed an Internship at the University of Southern California. Dr. Larson completed his Ophthalmology Residency at Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, where he served as Chief Resident. He also completed a one year Fellowship in Retina, Vitreous and Laser Surgery at the University of Illinois and has a special interest in Laser Vision Correction. Dr. Bruce Larson is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist in private practice at Larson Eye Center, Ltd. since 1984. He has a special interest in Laser Vision Correction including LASIK, Wave Front LASIK, Epi-LASIK, PRK and ICL. Dr. Larson is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), the International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS), and the Illinois Association of Ophthalmology (IAO). |

Dr. Sophia Sarkos received her medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1993 after completing her undergraduate studies at Duke University, Durham, North Carolina. She then performed her Internship at the Cleveland Clinic and completed both her Ophthalmology Residency and a one year Clinical Research Fellowship at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Sarkos also completed an Anterior Segment and Refractive Fellowship with John Doane of Discover Vision Centers in Leawood, Kansas in July, 2004. She is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist in private practice since 1998. Dr. Sophia Sarkos has a special interest in cataract and refractive surgery. |

She performed her Internship at Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, MA and completed her Ophthalmology Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Blake completed a one year Fellowship in Oculoplastics and Oncology at Baylor Medical Center, Houston, TX. She served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Loyola Medical Center for 10 years before coming to private practice at Larson Eye Center, Ltd. in 1997. Dr. Kathleen Blake is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist with a special interest in plastic surgery of the eye, BOTOX, Juvederm and Latisse. |

Dr. Katherine Hare received her medical degree from UMDNJ - University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She then performed her Internship at Loyola University Medical Center and her Residency at UMDNJ Department of Ophthalmology, Newark, New Jersey.
